Based on the requirements of work and staff, Orient Success International Investment JSC., (OSI Holdings) has decided to appoint the Director of Project Management Division and Project Development Manager. On February 7th, 2023, OSI Holdings held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision on personnel work to Mr. Pham Van Hau and Mr. Nguyen Duy Dong.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Tung Linh – Chairman of the BOD of OSI Holdings, Mr. Tran Viet Dzung – Vice Chairman cum CEO of OSI Holdings, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hai – Member of the BOD of OSI Holdings cum Director of Song Nhue Asset Management JSC., and representatives of the Divisions – Departments in OSI Holdings company.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Tran Viet Dzung – CEO of OSI Holdings announced the decision to appoint staff for two positions, namely Director of Project Management Division and Project Development Manager for Mr. Pham Van Hau. and Mr. Nguyen Duy Dong.

The Chairman of the BOD and the CEO of OSI Holdings respectfully handed over the decision and gave flowers to congratulate the two new managers of the company.

Mr. Pham Van Hau – Director of Project Management Division was born in 1979. Before joining OSI Holdings, Mr. Hau held many important positions at APAVE Asia – Pacific Co., Ltd (“APAVE”) such as: Standing Deputy Director of Construction Industry, in charge of Project Management Consulting – Hanoi Branch; Head of Project Management Consulting Department; Deputy Head of Project Management Consulting Department; Project Director/ Chief Supervising Consultant; Project management engineer / Supervision consultant. With 18 years of experience at APAVE, he has made many impressions in the process of working, implementing many projects throughout the country.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Dong – Project Development Manager (under the OSI Holdings Investment Planning Division) was born in 1984. Before taking a job at OSI Holdings, Mr. Dong has experienced various positions such as: technical staff, Project Manager (at Bac Tu Liem District Construction Investment Project Management Board), Project Development Manager (at TNG Holdings JSC), Vice Investment Department Manager (Son Phuc Group JSC)… With skills: project accounting, construction, investment project preparation, bidding legal, design appraisal…

Speaking congratulating and assigning tasks to the position of Director of Project Management Division and Project Development Manager, Mr. Tran Tung Linh – Chairman of the BOD of OSI Holdings affirmed: The announcement ceremony of the decision to appoint two new officers of OSI Holdings right in the early days of 2023, once again affirming the trust of the company’s BOD in the management capacity and experience of two new managers. With new positions and new responsibilities, Mr. Linh believes that Mr. Hau and Mr. Dong will successfully complete the assigned tasks and accompany to build OSI Holdings to develop more and more.

In response to the trust of OSI Holdings’ BOD, both Mr. Hau and Mr. Dong expressed their deep gratitude to OSI Holdings’ BOD for trusting and giving the responsibility, both of them consider this a great responsibility, is the motivation to be determined to complete the assigned tasks well; seriously and actively implement the directions, towards the long-term strategic goals of OSI Holdings; maintain a relationship of solidarity, good coordination, close association with divisions, departments, and employees in the company.

The two new leaders of the Division/Department – OSI Holdings expressed their desire to receive the support, direction and attention from the company’s leadership, leaders of divisions/departments as well as all employees in the process of working in the company, for a common goal is to build OSI Holdings stronger and stronger, Solidarity and Professionalism.
