Investment Planning Specialist

Job Description

  • Collect information on real estate projects; conduct legal analysis; prepare feasibility studies (FS) and evaluate financial indicators of projects
  • Participate in the implementation of approved projects (negotiating with landowners, drafting related contracts, etc.)
  • Monitor and update feasibility studies (FS) of ongoing projects to ensure accurate and timely updates on progress and costs
  • Track, update, and analyze macroeconomic indicators, real estate market trends, and relevant legal regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments to consolidate information for periodic business planning reports
  • Develop and draft internal procedures and templates within the Investment Planning Department
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Investment Planning Department

Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Securities, or related fields
  • Good command of English communication
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Real Estate, Securities, or Banking sectors
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in the real estate industry

Skills and knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of the Law on Enterprises, Investment Law, Construction Law, and relevant circulars and decrees
  • Good understanding of the Company’s business operations
  • Familiarity with internal regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Effective communication skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Strong skills in data collection, synthesis, analysis, and reporting
  • Clear and structured presentation skills
