Job Description
- Collect information on real estate projects; conduct legal analysis; prepare feasibility studies (FS) and evaluate financial indicators of projects
- Participate in the implementation of approved projects (negotiating with landowners, drafting related contracts, etc.)
- Monitor and update feasibility studies (FS) of ongoing projects to ensure accurate and timely updates on progress and costs
- Track, update, and analyze macroeconomic indicators, real estate market trends, and relevant legal regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to consolidate information for periodic business planning reports
- Develop and draft internal procedures and templates within the Investment Planning Department
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Investment Planning Department

Level:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Securities, or related fields
- Good command of English communication
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Real Estate, Securities, or Banking sectors
- Preference given to candidates with experience in the real estate industry
Skills and knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the Law on Enterprises, Investment Law, Construction Law, and relevant circulars and decrees
- Good understanding of the Company’s business operations
- Familiarity with internal regulations, policies, and procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Strong skills in data collection, synthesis, analysis, and reporting
- Clear and structured presentation skills
