Job Description
- Manage real estate leasing (office, shophouse.
- Be accountable to the Board of Management for business plans and revenue targets of leasing products, including office buildings, shophouses, townhouses, etc.
- Develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term leasing strategies for each office, commercial, and residential project
- Organize and manage all business and marketing activities of assigned leasing projects to maximize efficiency and profitability for the Company
- Plan and implement communication/marketing activities related to leasing
- Work with agencies and tenants to lease office spaces and shophouses
- Identify, connect, and negotiate with major brands in F&B, retail services, education, entertainment, etc. to establish partnerships, leasing opportunities, and commercial activities for projects
- Conduct market research, identify potential markets and trends, and propose responsive solutions
- Maintain client relationships to ensure stable and professional business operations
- Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate leasing team members to ensure business targets are achieved
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company’s Management

Level:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in real estate leasing (office sector)
- Ability to communicate and negotiate contracts in English
