The ceremony was attended by representatives of Project Management and Supervision Consultant – Apave Asia Pacific Co., Ltd., representatives of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, representatives of Daewoo E&C Co., Ltd., representatives of Hyundai E&C Vina Co., Ltd and other related partners.
