The signing ceremony of cooperation in the office building development in Starlake
On December 31, 2021, at the 3rd floor of N01T4 building, Ngoai Giao Doan, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Orient Success International Investment JSC., (OSI Holdings) and Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment JSC.,(Dai Nam Tien) signed a strategic cooperation MoU to deploy the development of a high-class office building project in Starlake – Tay Ho Tay urban area.
According to the cooperation agreement, OSI Holdings and Dai Nam Tien will cooperate in the entire project development process. This is an important event marking the sustainable partnership between two companies.
Currently, the number of offices for lease in Hanoi is relatively large, but there are not many high-class office products (grade A) while customers’ needs for this type are high, especially in the center of Tay Ho Tay Urban Area.
Starlake – Tay Ho Tay is one of the largest urban area in the center of Hanoi capital. It has a total area of nearly 200 ha, with the planning as the administrative center (headquarters of 6 government ministries) and subdivisions of low-rise villas, apartments, office buildings, shopping malls, schools, amusement parks and many other convenient services. In addition, this area is also adjacent to the Diplomatic Corps area – where there is a plan to build embassies of 13 countries. In the upcoming years, this place will be the New Administrative – Foreign Affairs center of the capital, with many businesses, representative offices and branches of foreign companies located in this area.
