The project is currently under construction, with column walls and slab beams from the 1st to the 5th floor in progress. The waterproofing work has been completed, and the basement B1 construction has reached 85% completion. The construction schedule remains on track as per the approved plan.

On the morning of January 26th, the Oriental Square office building project, developed by OSI Holdings, was officially launched. This marks the debut of the first Grade A office building in the Starlake (Tay Ho Tay urban area).
