On the morning of August 10, 2024, a seminar on Project Implementation and Operations Management was held with the participation of the leadership team, the Board of Directors, and all employees of OSI Holdings along with staff from the company’s affiliated entities.
Mr. Pham Van Hau, Director of the Project Management Division, and his team presented the challenges and errors encountered while implementing significant projects, Avenue Garden by OSI and Oriental Square by OSI. They shared valuable lessons, highlighting the difficulties faced during the process. In addition, they discussed preventive measures and corrective actions to ensure efficiency and success in future projects.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, Director of Operations Management for Avenue Garden, shared his valuable experience in the handover process from the Project Management Division. In the afternoon of the same day, OSI Holdings employees and staff from affiliated companies participated in a team-building activity called "Conquering Mount Ngọa Long – The Speed Challenge." Despite the hot weather, the team’s enthusiasm and determination to reach the summit were palpable and fueled the spirit of the challenge. The event was lively and competitive, with impressive results: the first three to conquer Mount Ngoa Long were Ms. Xuan (Chief Accountant), Ms. Diep (Head of QS Department), and Ms. Huong (Director of Investment Planning).
Following them were Mr. Thai (Head of Operations Engineering Shift), Mr. Thang (Director of Operations Management), and Ms. Thu (General Administration Division), who received encouraging prizes for their efforts.
