Mr. Nguyen Viet Hai – Investor Representative's Speech at the Groundbreaking Ceremony
In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hai emphasized that Oriental Square is a Grade A office tower developed by OSI Holdings, focusing on building and operating the building to meet LEED Gold certification standards. This reflects the project's commitment to creating a green, sustainable environment that aligns with modern trends.
Dai Nam Tien has chosen OSI Holdings as its partner to ensure the project's progress, quality, and adherence to the set standards. OSI Holdings is a reputable company with a team of experts from both local and international backgrounds, a solid financial foundation, and deep knowledge of the Hanoi market in general and the North Tu Liem area in particular, making them the ideal partner to accompany this project.
Oriental Square is the first office building to be launched in the Tay Ho Tay Urban Area, with a total investment capital of approximately 1,000 billion VND. The building features three basement levels, 16 above-ground floors, and 8 elevators and is equipped with the latest technologies, particularly in areas such as air conditioning, ventilation, and environmental systems. It also offers amenities like multifunctional restrooms, a gym, restaurants, and cafes.
The project sits on a land area of 3,946 m² and a total constructed floor area of 28,652 m².
The Oriental Square project is being developed according to Grade A office standards, with a LEED Gold certification. The design focuses on an open office space concept that promotes close interaction with nature throughout the working and living experience in the building. Each floor of the building includes gardens of various sizes, contributing to a natural, refreshing environment. This modern approach contrasts with the traditional closed office layout, positioning the building as a pioneer in promoting a human- and nature-friendly environment, balancing work, health, and overall well-being.
The project is expected to play a significant role in building a healthy, sustainable society.
During the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hai, on behalf of the Investor and the Project Developer, expressed sincere gratitude to the government authorities of Hanoi City, Bac Tu Liem District, the Tay Ho Tay Urban Area Investor, valued customers, and partners who have supported and believed in the project. He also hoped for continued collaboration and support from government agencies, organizations, and businesses.
