Vietnamfinance NewPaper | Groundbreaking of the First Grade A Office Building at Starlake Tay Ho Tay
On the morning of January 26th, the Oriental Square office building project, developed by OSI Holdings, was officially launched. This marks the debut of the first Grade A office building in the Starlake Tay Ho Tay urban area.
The Oriental Square office building project, which will cost nearly 1,000 billion VND, is located at plot H2CC1, adjacent to the central square of the Starlake Tay Ho Tay urban area (Bac Tu Liem, Hanoi).
The project comprises 3 basement levels, 16 floors, and 8 elevators. Its total land area is 3,946m2, and its total built-up area (including the basement) is 28,652m2.
The building features a ceiling height of 4.2 meters, with the commercial floors having a height of up to 6.3 meters to cater to various leasing needs. Additionally, the project offers various amenities inside and across the wider urban area, including multifunctional free-use bathrooms, a rooftop garden, and access to shopping centers, hotels, and luxury residential areas.
The Oriental Square project is a collaboration between OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment Joint Stock Company) and Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
The building is expected to be completed by December 2025 and will become a key landmark in the office market in the western region as Starlake emerges as the capital's new administrative center.
As the project’s dedicated property management company, Ms. Hoang Nguyet Minh, Senior Director of the Commercial Leasing Department at Savills Hanoi, shared that Oriental Square had already achieved more than 60% occupancy before construction. According to Savills' Q4 2023 report, domestic and international companies prefer environmentally friendly office projects. With its outstanding green office space features, Oriental Square is set to provide a top-tier Grade A office supply to the West Hanoi market.
