The program was attended by members of the Board of Directors of OSI Holdings, representatives from the member companies, Song Nhuệ and Dai Nam Tien, the executive boards of the businesses, and all company staff members.

 

The conference began with an opening speech by Mr. Tran Viet Dung, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the company. Following this, Ms. Chu Van Huong, Director of the Investment Planning Department, on behalf of the executive board, presented the 2023 business performance report, a crucial document that informs our future strategies, and outlined the business activity plan for 2024, a roadmap that will guide our collective efforts in the coming year.

In the context of the challenging economic situation in Vietnam and worldwide, due to the impacts of war, conflicts, and tightening monetary policies, OSI Holdings and its member companies have achieved positive business results in 2023, thanks to the flexible and decisive leadership of the Management Board and the efforts and unity of the staff. These results include:

• After-tax profit increased by 102%.
• Workforce growth reached 30%.
• Successfully transferred the Avenue Garden Project to the operation management phase.
• Achieved 90% of the housing handover plan for Avenue Garden.
• Completed the final land use rights certificate (red book).
• Oriental Square Project: Completed the first adjustment of the project policy, the local 1/500 master plan adjustment, environmental permits, fire prevention, and fighting permits, and held the groundbreaking ceremony for the project.
• Launched ORI Coffee shop at Avenue Garden.
• Successfully organized staff bonding activities: Bali trip, Family Day event, International Women's Day (March 8), Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20), birthdays, and many other events.

In 2024, despite many challenges, the leadership and staff of OSI Holdings and its member companies remain determined to accomplish the following nine key objectives:

1. Secure funding sources and strengthen governance and shareholder relations.
2. Develop a 2025-2030 strategic development plan, identify and approve at least one new investment project in 2024.
3. Complete the legal procedures for the Oriental Square Project, including the second phase of project adjustment, land allocation, reviewing financial obligations, and finalizing the land use rights certificate.
4. Complete all tasks related to the Avenue Garden Project, including finalizing all contracts and completing the "E" road.
5. Implement the Oriental Square Project according to the approved schedule, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and site image.
6. Issued land use rights certificates to customers of the Avenue Garden Project and ensured professional operation management.
7. Implement marketing and leasing activities for the Oriental Square and Avenue Garden Projects.
8. Achieve financial targets per the plan, including finalizing OSI tax settlements.
9. Recruit and strengthen the workforce, improve management and enhance the OSI brand.

 

Representatives from various company departments presented discussions at the conference, focusing on analyzing the challenges and limitations encountered during task execution. These departments reflected on lessons learned and proposed critical solutions to achieve the goals and objectives set for 2024.

 

After listening to the discussions at the conference, Mr. Tran Viet Dung – Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO of OSI Holdings, and Mr. Nguyen Viet Hai – Member of the Board of Directors, provided valuable feedback to help the departments address the existing challenges and limitations. They also outlined clear directions for more effective work implementation in 2024.

 

 

 

Mr. Tran Tung Linh - Chairman of the Board of Directors, expressed his sincere gratitude to the Board Members, the Leadership Team, and all staff for their dedication and successful completion of the tasks and plans assigned in 2023. He also provided a concluding directive, encouraging the departments to stay focused, decisive, and determined, emphasizing the need to vigorously implement the 9 key objectives for 2024 as outlined earlier.

 

 

 

The award ceremony for those who have been with OSI Holdings since its early days marked an excellent conclusion to the conference. It is hoped that the entire staff of OSI Holdings will continue to uphold the spirit of teamwork and commitment so that we can build and successfully develop the company’s future together.
