In the morning of December 2nd, 2021, at Tay Thang Long Road, Tay Tuu ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Orient Success International Investment JSC., (OSI Holdings) cooperated with the Owner – Song Nhue Properties Management JSC., and Coteccons Construction JSC., officially started the house construction at Avenue Garden project. The ceremony was attended by representatives of Project Management and Supervision Consultant – Apave Asia Pacific Co., Ltd., representatives of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, representatives of Daewoo E&C Co., Ltd., representatives of Hyundai E&C Vina Co., Ltd and other related partners.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hai – Director of Song Nhue Properties Management JSC., said: “Located at a prime location on 60–meter-wide Tay Thang Long road, we understand that this is an advantage. At the same time, it is also a pressure and responsibility to create a special and delicate product that meets the expectations of the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Tu Liem district and Tay Tuu ward. Therefore, right from the initial development stage of Avenue Garden, we decided to cooperate with Orient Success International Investment JSC., (OSI Holdings) – a company with a team of domestic and foreign experts with many years of experience in developing high-end real estate projects from planning, product concept design, construction management, operation management and project development consulting”.

Representatives of Coteccons Construction JSC., and Apave Asia – Pacific Co., Ltd (a member of Apave Group – France) also affirmed that they would complete the assigned tasks effectively, ensuring project quality, safety and on schedule. The companies would regularly exchange information with each other to ensure smooth work performance and regulation compliance on fire prevention, hygiene and environment.

Avenue Garden is expected to complete construction, handover and operate in 2023, creating a highlight for Bac Tu Liem district.
