On January 12th, 2023, Song Nhue Asset Management JSC., (Investor) and OSI Holdings – Avenue Garden project developer decided to choose Savills Vietnam Co., Ltd (Savills Vietnam) provides real estate management services.

Accordingly, from the first quarter of 2023, Savills Vietnam will begin to take over and perform professional work related to the management and operation of the housing area.

During the meeting with Savills Vietnam, the representative of OSI Holdings highly appreciated Savills Vietnam’s ability to perform the work as well as the way in which to operate the housing area. The management and operation of Avenue Garden housing area will contribute to building an improved living environment at the building, ensuring the maintenance of the image, brand and living standards at the project in accordance with the investor’s orientation.

Avenue Garden is a pioneer project built in the center of Tay Tuu urban area, Tay Thang Long street, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi city. The project marks a transition in the urban development of Bac Tu Liem district, following the success in the urban development of the districts in the East. At the same time, it connects directly to the eastern urban area projects of the district (Starlake urban area, Ngoai Giao Doan urban area …) through the radial urban road – Tay Thang Long street. The Avenue Garden project also receives an great interest from experts, investors, and customers because of its prime location, special product types (high-end low-rise housing), the project’s full legal status (land use rights, ownership of houses and assets attached to land LONG TERM).

At present, the project has basically completed the rough construction work, the quality standards are implemented to ensure the commitment. Internal urban landscape and internal technical infrastructure items are also being completed. The project is expected to be completed and handed over to customers in the second quarter of 2023.
