On the morning of July 16, 2026, within the framework of the Vietnam Sustainable Construction Forum (VSCF 2026) held at the Melia Hanoi Hotel, the Grade A Buildings Oriental Square was honored to receive the Exemplary Project Certification for achieving the LEED Green Building Certificate (issued by the U.S. Green Building Council - USGBC), awarded by the HCMC Construction and Building Material Association (SACA).
