On January 15, 2025, the Business Performance Review Conference for 2024 and Business Plan Orientation for 2025 took place at Orient Success International Investment Company.

The event was attended by OSI Holdings' BOD, subsidiary company leaders, and all system staff members.

Mr. Tran Viet Dung, Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO, delivered the opening speech. Ms. Chu Van Huong, Director of the Planning and Investment Department, then presented the 2024 Performance Review and 2025 Orientation Report.

According to the conference agenda, the leadership pledged to continue creating the best conditions for individuals to maximize their potential, achieve new successes, and collectively build a professional, innovative, and sustainable work environment.

The program also included discussions from representatives of various divisions and departments.

In the subsequent section, the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Tran Tung Linh, emphasized that 2025 is a pivotal year. The focus for 2025 will be to complete OSI Holdings' and its subsidiaries' development strategies with a vision for 2030 and their long-term business strategies. However, the immediate priority is to address a series of specific tasks, such as:

Finalizing the legal frameworks for new real estate projects to prepare for construction (a new office project in the Starlake Urban Center in Tay Ho Tay and a residential project with three towers in Long Bien). Continuing to complete the handover of housing and issuing title certificates to 100% of homebuyers at the Avenue Garden by OSI project (located in plots TT6-1 and TT6-3, Tay Tuu Urban Functional Area, Tay Tuu Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi). Completing and putting into operation the Oriental Square by OSI building in plot H2CC1 at the Starlake Urban Center, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi.

Mr. Tran Tung Linh expressed gratitude to all employees, highlighting the determination to achieve the goals 2025 with solidarity and strength.

The conference concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding departments and individuals, fostering motivation for the OSI Holdings team to continue sustainable growth.
