The project is currently under construction, with column walls and slab beams from the 1st to the 5th floor in progress. The waterproofing work has been completed, and the basement B1 construction has reached 85% completion. The construction schedule remains on track as per the approved plan.

The Oriental Square Grade A office building is located at plot H2CC1 in the central area of Starlake Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment JSC. is the investor, and OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment JSC.) is the project developer.

Oriental Square is a Grade A office building designed and operated according to LEED Gold standards, a prestigious U.S. Green Building Council certification. The building has been recognized with two distinguished awards at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2024: Best Office Development and Best Commercial Green Development.
