The Oriental Square Grade A office building is situated at Lot H2CC1 in the central zone of Starlake Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. OSI Holdings developed the project, which was invested in by Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.

Oriental Square is being developed and operated to meet LEED Gold standards, a prestigious certification for green buildings from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The building is designed to align with modern trends, emphasizing green and sustainable spaces, functional efficiency, and environmental friendliness.
