The current progress of the project is as follows:  

1. Structural Work Completion:  

Construction of columns and walls on the 5th floor is completed.   On December 22, 2024, the concrete for beams and slabs of the 6th floor was poured.  

2. Finishing Work:  

Waterproofing of basement B1 has been completed.   Masonry work for basement B2 has reached 80%.   Masonry work for basement B3 has reached 60%.   Masonry and underground electrical and plumbing installations in the mockup area of basement B1 have been completed.  

3. Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection Work:  

Installation of electrical conduits and low-voltage systems has achieved:   85% for basement B2.   90% for basement B3.   80% for basement B1.   Fabrication of the fire protection system for the basement area is ongoing.  

The Oriental Square Grade A office building project is located at plot H2CC1 in the central area of the Starlake urban complex, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment JSC is the investor and OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment JSC) is the developer.  

Oriental Square is a Grade A office building designed and operated following LEED Gold standards (the green building certification by the U.S. Green Building Council). It has earned two prestigious awards: Best Office Development and Best Commercial Green Development at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2024 hosted by PropertyGuru.
