PROGRESS UPDATE FOR ORIENTAL SQUARE GRADE A OFFICE BUILDING DEVELOPED BY OSI HOLDINGS - FEBRUARY 14, 2025

On February 14, 2025, the Oriental Square Grade A office building, developed by OSI Holdings, is in the construction phase, focusing on the columns and walls of the 9th floor, and the beams/slabs of the 10th and 11th floors, as well as the technical floor:

Work Progress – Structural Completion:

Concrete for beams and floor slab of the 11th floor was cast on January 21, 2025. 08/12 columns of the 11th floor have been concreted. Expected concrete casting for beams and floor slab of the 12th floor: February 18-19, 2025.

Finishing Work:

Completed waterproofing for basements B1, B2, B3. Completed tiling and furnishing for the sample restroom in basement B1. Completed stone cladding for the sample elevator lobby in basement B1. Plastering in basement B1: 75% completed. Wall construction progress: 1st floor: 85% completed. 2nd floor: 30% completed. 6th floor: 70% completed.

Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection Work:

Electrical and low-voltage system installation for basements B1, B2, B3: 95% completed. Ventilation system installation for basements B2, B3: 95% completed. Ventilation system installation for basement B1: 90% completed. Fire protection system fabrication and installation progress: Basements B2, B3: 95% completed. Basement B1: 80% completed. 6th floor (main branch completed): 50% completed. 7th floor (gel pipe installation in progress): 10% completed. Electrical and low-voltage system installation progress: 3rd floor: 20% completed. 6th floor: 45% completed. Copper pipe and condensate drain installation on the 6th floor: 30% completed.

The Oriental Square Grade A office building is located on plot H2CC1, in the central area of the Starlake Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The project is invested in by Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, with OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment Joint Stock Company) as the project developer.

Oriental Square is a Grade A office building designed and operated to meet LEED Gold standards (a green building certification by the U.S. Green Building Council). The project has proudly achieved three prestigious awards:

Two wins in Vietnam: Best Office Development and Best Commercial Green Development Finalist at Asia: Best Office Development at the 2024 PropertyGuru Property Awards.

The building meets green, sustainable, and environmentally friendly design criteria while offering modern and efficient functionality.
