On January 11, 2025, the Oriental Square Grade A office building, developed by OSI Holdings, is in the construction phase, focusing on the columns and walls of the 8th floor, and the beams/slabs of the 7th, 8th, and 9th floors, as well as the technical floor:

Structural Completion:

Completed: Concrete casting of the 8th floor columns and walls. Completed: Concrete pouring for beams and slabs of the 9th floor. In Progress: Removing formwork from the 5th and 6th floors.

Finishing Work:

Completed: Waterproofing for basements B1, B2, and B3. Completed: Tiling and interior work for the B1 basement WC (sample). In Progress: Plastering of basement B1, reaching 45%. In Progress: Wall construction on the 1st floor, reaching 65%. In Progress: Wall construction on the 2nd floor, reaching 15%.

MEP and Fire Protection Systems:

Completed: Installation of electrical and low-voltage conduits for basements B1, B2, and B3, reaching 95%. Completed: Installation of ventilation systems for basements B2 and B3, reaching 90%. In Progress: The fabrication and installation of fire protection systems for basements B2 and B3 reached 90%.

The Oriental Square Grade A office building is located on plot H2CC1, in the central area of the Starlake Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The project is invested in by Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, with OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment Joint Stock Company) as the project developer.

Oriental Square is a Grade A office building designed and operated to meet LEED Gold standards (a green building certification by the U.S. Green Building Council). The project has proudly achieved three prestigious awards:

Two wins in Vietnam: Best Office Development and Best Commercial Green Development. Finalist at Asia: Best Office Development at the 2024 PropertyGuru Property Awards.
