On January 24, 2025, the Oriental Square Grade A office building, developed by OSI Holdings, is in the construction phase, focusing on the columns and walls of the 8th floor, and the beams/slabs of the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors, as well as the technical floor:

Work Progress Report

Structural Work Completion:

Completed concrete column and wall construction for the 10th floor. Poured concrete for beams and slabs on the 11th floor on January 21, 2025.

Finishing Work:

Completed waterproofing for basements B1, B2, and B3. Finished tiling and interior work for the sample WC in basement B1. Completed sample stone cladding for the elevator lobby in basement B1. Progress on plastering basement B1: 75%. Wall construction progress: Ground floor: 85%. 2nd floor: 30%. 6th floor: 15%.

Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection Systems (MEP & Firefighting):

The electrical conduit and low-voltage wiring for basements B1, B2, and B3 are 95% completed. Ventilation system installation: Basements B2 and B3: 95% completed. Basement B1: 45% completed. Fabrication and installation of firefighting systems: Basements B2 and B3: 95% completed. Basement B1: 25% completed. Electrical conduit and low-voltage wiring for the 3rd floor: 15% completed.

The Oriental Square Grade A office building is located on plot H2CC1, in the central area of the Starlake Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The project is invested in by Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, with OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment Joint Stock Company) as the project developer.

Oriental Square is a Grade A office building designed and operated to meet LEED Gold standards (a green building certification by the U.S. Green Building Council). The project has proudly achieved three prestigious awards:

Two wins in Vietnam: Best Office Development and Best Commercial Green Development. Finalist at Asia: Best Office Development at the 2024 PropertyGuru Property Awards.
