Oriental Square - Grade A Office project is located at plot H2CC1, Starlake Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam. Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company owns the project, and OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment JSC) is the developer.

 

Oriental Square is a Grade A office building designed and constructed to meet the LEED Gold certification standard, which the U.S. Green Building Council awards. The project has also earned two prestigious awards at the 2024 PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards: Best Office Development and Best Commercial Green Development. These accolades recognize the building's focus on green space, sustainability, functionality, and environmental friendliness.

 

Construction is progressing on the columns and walls of the third floor. The construction timeline remains on track according to the approved schedule.
