In the early spring days of 2026, the Board of Directors of OSI Holdings Joint Stock Company organized a spring trip combined with field research in Guangzhou and Shenzhen (China). Going beyond a regular spring excursion, this was a professionally invested and high-level specialized program, aiming to help employees directly experience and draw lessons from the world's most modern high-rise iconic projects.

 

This spring journey helped the OSI Holdings team meticulously observe the operation, architectural solutions, and green technology in the iconic buildings, thereby applying them to key future projects.

To begin the journey, before delving deep into the research on skyscrapers, the OSI Holdings delegation made a stop at the Historical Site of the Headquarters of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth League in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. This is the important historical address number 13 (now 248-250) Van Minh Street, deeply associated with the great revolutionary path of President Ho Chi Minh during the years 1924-1927. Through visiting precious artifacts, images, and documents preserved at the site, the OSI Holdings delegation had the opportunity to learn deeply about the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh – the great leader of the Vietnamese people, who dedicated his entire life to the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people. The delegation members expressed deep respect for the Uncle's indomitable spirit, strong will, and strategic vision, while also drawing valuable lessons about patriotism, responsibility to the community, and the spirit of innovation in all activities.

Continuing the thread of emotion, the trip focused deeply on iconic projects – structures that not only changed the skyline of Guangzhou and Shenzhen but also set new standards for global Grade A real estate, such as:

 

1. Ping An International Finance Centre (Ping An IFC) – Shenzhen

Dubbed the "pillar" of Shenzhen with 115 floors, Ping An IFC offers practical lessons on optimizing vertical space and operating super-tall buildings. At the Free Sky observation deck (116th floor), the OSI team researched the smart management system and strict security standards – core elements that OSI is aiming for its landmark project in Hanoi.

 

2. China Resources Tower (Spring Bamboo) – Shenzhen

With a shape like a straight-rising bamboo shoot, this tower is a symbol of elegance and sustainability. The delegation focused on learning about the advanced facade system and energy-saving solutions, valuable experiences for maintaining LEED certification in OSI's projects.

 

3. CTF Finance Centre (Chow Tai Fook) – Guangzhou

The second tallest building in Guangzhou with a complex combination of Office – Hotel – Luxury Shopping Mall. Visiting this project helped the OSI team learn how to manage internal traffic flow and multi-functional operation in a super-large complex, ensuring privacy while optimizing business efficiency.

 

Investing in Knowledge – A Prerequisite for Great Leaps

 

The professionalism of the Board of Directors was not only reflected in the selection of visiting locations but also in the content of the Specialized Seminar for conclusion and experience sharing organized on February 27. This was an important occasion for employees across the company to share experiences, re-evaluate achievements and challenges in the deployment and management of projects.

On the evening of the same day, the brilliant highlight of the journey was the Gala Dinner combined with the celebration of the 6th anniversary of OSI Holdings' establishment, solemnly held at a 5-star hotel in Shenzhen.

 

In a cozy and emotional atmosphere, the Board of Directors and all employees looked back at the 6-year journey of creation and development. The moment the 6-year-old birthday cake was lit was also when the solidarity spirit of the OSI great family shone brighter than ever.
