On April 29th, 2022, at the 3rd floor of N01-T4 Building, Diplomatic Corps Urban, Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi city, Orient Success International Investment JSC., (OSI Holdings), Song Nhue Asset Management JSC., and Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment JSC., held a cooperation agreement signing ceremony to invest and develop the Grade A office building project, land lot H2CC1, belonging to the West Lake West Urban Area Center Project – Phase 1, Co Nhue 1 ward and Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi city.

According to the cooperation agreement, OSI Holdings, Song Nhue and Dai Nam Tien will cooperate together in the entire process of research, development and investment and construction activities of the Project. This is an important event marking the sustainable cooperation relationship between businesses.

Currently, the number of offices for lease in Hanoi is also relatively large, but high-class office products (grade A) are not many, while the demand of customers for this type is very high, especially in the center of Tay Ho Tay Urban Area.

OSI Tower Office Building co-invested and developed by OSI Holdings and Dai Nam Tien is planned with a total land area of 3,946 m2, construction density is 40%. The construction period is expected to be from 2022 to 2025 with an estimated total investment of about 1,000 billion VND.

The investment in the Office Building project at the land lot H2CC1 – Central Area of Tay Ho Tay Urban Area will partly contribute to the supply of high-class offices in Hanoi in general and Tay Ho Tay Urban Area in particular; partly affirming the brand and reputation of OSI Holdings in the office real estate market for lease.
